  2. Orders: Please note that the availability of all handmade jewellery items may vary. You have the option to either purchase a pre-made jewellery piece or request a custom order to your specifications. When you place an order, you are effectively making an offer to acquire the chosen item(s) and confirming your commitment to supply precise and comprehensive information required to facilitate the order processing.
  3. Customization: Our handmade jewellery is made to order, allowing for customization to meet your preferences. You may specify details such as gemstone type, metal type, size, and any other relevant options. AMONTA Jewellery will make every effort to create the jewellery according to your specifications.
  4. Pricing and Payment: The prices for our handmade jewellery will be clearly stated at the time of ordering. All prices are stated in GBP (British Pounds) and include applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full before the order is processed.
  5. Production Time: If our jewellery is handmade to order, please allow up to 4 weeks for production. This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the design and availability of materials. AMONTA Jewellery will provide an estimated completion date upon order confirmation.
  6. Delivery: Once your order is completed, it will be shipped to the provided delivery address. We offer various shipping options, and the applicable charges will be communicated during the checkout process. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
  7. Made-to-Order Jewellery:
    • Returns: AMONTA Jewellery does not accept returns for made-to-order jewellery unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
    • Refunds: Refunds are only offered for faulty or damaged made-to-order jewellery.
    • Notification Period: Customers must notify AMONTA Jewellery within 14 days of receiving the item if it is faulty or damaged.
    • Resolution: In the case of a faulty or damaged item, AMONTA Jewellery will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund.
  1. Pre-Made Jewellery:
    • Returns: AMONTA Jewellery does accept returns for pre-made jewellery if the item is unused and received in the same packaging.
    • Refunds: Refunds are likely provided for pre-made jewellery if the conditions are met.
    • Other Options: Customers can also request resizing or exchange for pre-made jewellery if it is unused and in its original packaging.
  1. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and designs, displayed on our handmade jewellery are owned by AMONTA Jewellery. You are not permitted to use or reproduce any of these materials without our prior written consent.
  2. Privacy Policy: AMONTA Jewellery respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. By placing an order, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in our privacy policy.
  3. Limitation of Liability: Our company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our handmade jewellery, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
